Incredibles 2 (2018)

14 years is a long time for a sequel of a kids movie. Some of you are going to get testy by my use of the term kids movie. Incredibles came out when I was 18 years old and being a superhero guy naturally I jumped all over it. I love kids movies and Pixar is the best at what they do.

The opening short is disturbing and touching at the same time.

The movie picks up right where we left off which is cool for a 14 year wait. There is no mystery of what happened in the lost time just BAM! And we're back in. All of the voice actors sounded great, Dash has a new voice but I could hardly tell the difference. Holly Hunter is the only one that I could really hear the passage of time with.

The movie is fast paced and fun though it definitely has some tense moments. There is a scene with a lot of flashing lights and strobe so be careful if you are prone to seizures.

I really hope they continue this series.

"Where's my supersuit!?"
